Refund/Cancellation Policy

  • All payments made to Uphill are full and final and no refund requests are entertained under any circumstances except in case of event cancellation. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that participation in events, all travel dates chosen for events, domain service content, and all information pertaining to services given to Uphill are true, correct and in accordance with the information displayed. Uphill shall not be responsible for miscommunication arising out of the client's negligence.
  • In case of changes in any event dates no refund shall be processed and he fees will be retained for the postponed date. Uphill shall not provide any compensation for fares, hotel cancellations or any financial losses born by the client as a result of postponement of event.
  • In case of cancellation of the event itself, all amounts after deduction of payment gateway charges will be processed. Recipients eligible for refund will be notified via email including the time it will take to process the refund.
